Methodology

Digital Tours prides itself on creating the highest quality deliverables in the shortest possible time for our clients. To do this, we adhere to a simple yet effective methodology which is detailed below:

Step 1 – The Formalities

The client contacts Digital Tours via any one of the number of methods listed in our contact us page. When they have indicated their interest, our agents will be back in contact with the client as soon as possible. Various bits of information are elicited so that Digital Tours can go back and custom build a solution for the client. Sometimes an onsite visit is required to fully understand the space. The quote is then given to the client and an arranged shooting time is set so that Digital Tours can then get to work!

Step 2 – The Shoot

This is the fun part of the process as it involves us coming to the site and shooting the various panoramas with our high quality photographic equipment. Please don’t mind us as we move from room to room, space to space, capturing everything that you want us to showcase to the world. Although we do endeavor to minimize our impact on your operations, and to keep as out of your way as possible, the process usually takes between 10 and 20 minutes per panorama to ensure the utmost quality in our work. That’s it from the client’s side! Now Digital Tours takes your Digital Spaces back to the lab to create your virtual spaces.

Average Duration : 3 - 5 days

Step 3 – The Processing

This is where the lab rats sit and process all the data which we captured on the site visit. Nothing too exciting here for the client, other than the satisfaction of knowing that once the cogs have finished churning, their Digital Tour will be complete.

Step 4 – The Delivery

Finally, your digital tour is ready for delivery. A Digital Tours agent will be back in touch with you to direct you to your new, digitized spaces. We ensure that every client is 100% satisfied with the results before taking delivery.
